How should we send our artwork?
You can send it through snail mail, or upload it to us via the world wide web. We prefer Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator Files. Please convert all text to paths/outlines, or curves. If you can't do this, please make sure to include the font's you used, and all linked images. Illustrator files should be in EPS format. If it's Photoshop, and you plan on doing multiple colors, send us ALL the layers, unflattened. TIFF's are also great, but we don't recommend BMP, GIF, or JPEG. Make sure ALL files are at LEAST 300dpi and actual size or larger. Meaning, if you want a 10 inch front print, then create it at that size. DO NOT try to make it larger AFTER you create it. It'll only stretch it and make it a blurry mess. Images off the web are at 72 dpi, and don't work very well. If that's all you have, we'll work with you on trying to fix it just right. Please send artwork ready to print. If you need help, have questions, want our opinion etc. Let us know. We also offer custom design services. So if you need anything, don't hesitate to ask.
What are the set-up charges?
We charge $20 set-up fee for the first color, and $10 for every additional color. That's per order, but it is only a one time fee. If you get a reprint of a shirt we've done, that fee is waived and replaced by high fives. (Free of charge) Front and back prints still count as 2 colors, so don't try any funny business. Although, if you get a small chest print, and a tiny back print. We MAY be able to cut down setup fees, as a one color. But again, that depends on the size and placement of the design.
Can I mix and match different shirt colors with my order?
As long as it's the same color ink, you can make it 50 different colors, we couldn't care less.
Where do you ship?
Houses, hotels, motels, trailers, dorms, tree houses, P.O boxes, parking lots, businesses, venues, backyards, forts, apartments, and shanty towns. As long as you have an address, we can ship it anywhere. Even if you're on tour, we'll make sure it's where you need to be.
What is your minimum order?
We only accept orders of $100 or more. And that includes setup, but not tax or shipping (since we don't see any of that money anyways.)
What is your turn around time?
Average turn around time is 7-10 business days, AFTER we receive 50% deposit and all finalized artwork (not including weekends, holidays, or shipping time.) Rush orders are available.
What kind of payments do you guys accept?
Well concealed cash, check, credit/debit, and PAYPAL. We prefer cards and/or Paypal, simply because it's the fastest way for us AND you. We send you an invoice with a link to a paypal payment. Even if you're not a paypal member, you can still send money without signing up. We require 50% deposit on all orders, followed by a remaining payment completion.
What ink colors do I have to choose from?
The possibilities are endless. We have neon, metalic, and every color under the rainbow. Every color is custom mixed to match your design. Because of the variation in computer monitors, we can not guarantee color matching from digital files, but we'll come close if not perfect.
How many colors can my design have?
We can print up to four colors per design. If you have 3 on the front, and 4 different ones on the back, that's completely fine.
